This original photograph is titled "The Globe Inn, Outing Saturday July 20th 1935" and bears the further inscription "Harry Tunkin 1934-1935 December". A careful look reveals two one-eyed men, presumably Grandad Jim Chapple and Dad "Ad" Chapple, but can anyone identify any of the other Harbertonians? The picture is obviously not taken in Harberton - Torquay perhaps?
The Globe Inn became Marbeth Cottage in 1952 and is now Globe House.
