Harberton Parish Hall is available for hire at the following rates (effective January 2024) subject to review and at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary depending on circumstances pertaining to individual events.

Activities run on a non-profit basis
e.g. clubs, local authority further education, parties for under 12s

e.g. weddings, parties, dances

Charitable fundraising events
e.g. bazaars, craft fairs

All rates are subject to confirmation with the Bookings Secretary. The rates are inclusive of normal electricity and heating requirements and use of kitchen. If main hall and meeting room are the subject of separate bookings, the Bookings Secretary will indicate who may use the kitchen. (Shared usage may be possible).
PROFIT-MAKING covers any other type of booking which is run other than exclusively for charity fundraising purposes.
i.e.
Run for profit/income
And/or for which an entrance fee (including suggested “donations”) is charged
And/or for which public advertising is used.
